Simon Szwarc.

Simon Szwarc has spent over 20 years coaching leaders across Australian organisations — from first-time managers to senior executives, in settings ranging from ASX-listed companies to councils, government departments, and NFPs.

His approach is direct and practical. Coaching with Simon isn't about theory — it's about working through real situations, building genuine self-awareness, and walking away with something useful every session.

Simon is a certified PRINT® practitioner and NMAS-accredited mediator, which means coaching conversations are backed by real depth when it's needed — without ever being unnecessarily complicated.

How is this different from PRINT® coaching?

PRINT® is a specific diagnostic tool used within some coaching engagements. Leadership coaching is broader — it's an ongoing relationship focused on your goals and context, and PRINT® may or may not be part of that depending on what's useful for you.

How often are coaching sessions?

Most leaders work with us fortnightly or monthly, depending on what they're navigating. We'll agree on a rhythm that fits your situation in the first conversation.

Is coaching delivered in person or online?

Both. Most sessions are delivered via Zoom for flexibility, with in-person sessions available in Melbourne.

How long does a coaching engagement typically run?

This varies — some leaders work with us for a few months around a specific transition, others for a year or more as an ongoing development relationship. We'll talk through what makes sense for you.

Can leadership coaching be delivered to a whole team?

Yes. We offer both individual and team coaching, and can blend in tools like PRINT® or TDS/6 Team Conditions where it adds value.

Do you work with government and NFP organisations?

Yes, extensively. We understand procurement processes for councils, government departments, and NFPs and can provide proposals and documentation as required.
